For love blog post defending the love argument for veganism, clarify the point about loving e.g. your pet with some general thought experiments clarifying how attitudes map onto parts of the world, e.g. loving the wrong twin, loving non-sentient chatbots, loving conmen under false pretenses. General question of Kripkean stuff about proper names vs descriptions with false beliefs about identities, natural proprrties, non natural properties etc.
Woah apparently Plotinus had a similar argument about how to unite with supreme reality you need to treat animals with compassion. Similarish with Porphyry arguing piety requires sympathy for animals. I could ‘summarise’ their argument but actually just make it my argument
