Describe the inputs/outputs model of flows of information. Where is it, in what form, and how can I find it and assess it’s quality. Re outputs where should they go, in what form, and how can I track their quality. Where do I want to be in this graph. What are the feedback loops that need to be embedded in this for things like re-evaluating inputs/outputs or pivoting strategy or ensuring this is all in line with my higher-level goals.
- The basic question to ask with AI is: where is the data and what form is it in? What form do I want the data to be in, and where do I want it to be? Where do I want to position myself in this flow of information? What direct inputs in what form, what direct outputs in what form? Outputs can be writing or decisions or habits or anything else.
Can you just say that translation (and maybe certain kinds of search and production) are much cheaper now. Is this just store to decrypt:
- Recording a bunch of data so AI can process it in the future like people store a bunch of military data so they can decrypt it later once the encryption is broken. It’s important to make sure the data is in an AI-accessible/readable format, but AI is great with unstructured data so it’s cool.
How does this compare with Models of AI
Maybe the lede is that certain ideas from cybernetics were false before but now AI makes them true?
We know AI will keep getting better and more integrated with various services, so act like it. Write down all the ideas (e.g.) for coding that are too hard, or take too much time, or would be too expensive, because in the future they won’t.
